After completing the order
Technical support will contact you via WhatsApp using the phone number or username registered in the application.
There is no need to enter your account information when ordering, coordination takes place later after purchasing the service.
When the service starts
When you log in to the account, the staff authenticates the items
A mechanism to ensure the security of the account and the proper functioning of the service:
- Inventory (important items, weapons, artifacts)
- Characters and Constellations
- All links to the account
- Account information and trusted devices
- The button for all banners
- Abyss and the Theater of Imagination
- Record shipping and receipt of prizes
- The service required before starting it

Important note
The account must be linked to the HoYoverse platform
Login via Twitter, Facebook or Google is not used during the implementation of the service to avoid login problems and protect privacy
