For Customers — 4 Simple Steps
- Step 1: Browse and choose a service.
Browse the available games, select the game you want, then choose a service from the available categories and review its details and requirements before proceeding with your order.
- Step 2: Complete your order and payment.
Review your order details, provide the required information, and pay using an available payment method or an eligible balance type available on the Platform.
Payments are processed according to Mulanui's systems and the applicable payment service providers. Any cancellation or refund is subject to the Refund Policy and Wallet and Balance Terms.
- Step 3: Communicate with the Mulanui team.
After an order is accepted, it is assigned to an authorized Mulanui team member who will begin fulfilling the service.
You can communicate with the fulfillment team through the order chat and provide any information or instructions reasonably required to complete the service.
Where a service requires access to a game account, you may be asked to provide temporary access information in accordance with the service details and Privacy Policy.
- Step 4: Receive your service and review completion.
When fulfillment is completed, the order status will be updated through the Platform.
You can review the result and contact the Mulanui team if you have any questions or issues relating to the order.
After the order is completed under the Platform's system, any eligible cashback or rewards may be credited according to the applicable terms.
Joining the Mulanui Team — 4 Steps
- Step 1: Apply to join the team.
Create an account on the Platform and submit an application to join the Mulanui team through the designated process.
All team applications are subject to review and approval by Mulanui.
- Step 2: Receive suitable tasks.
After your application is approved, suitable orders may be assigned to you based on Platform needs, service requirements, your experience, and task availability.
Joining the team does not guarantee any particular number of orders or tasks.
- Step 3: Fulfill the order and communicate with the customer.
Perform the service manually according to the order details and approved Platform instructions.
Use customer information and account access only to the extent necessary to fulfill the relevant order and keep such information confidential in accordance with Mulanui policies.
Communicate with the customer through the communication channels available on the Platform where necessary.
- Step 4: Receive your earnings.
After an order is completed in accordance with Mulanui's systems and procedures, applicable earnings associated with the order may be credited to your Fulfillment Team Earnings balance.
Earnings may be subject to review or a waiting period before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
Eligible fulfillment team members may request withdrawal of their earnings subject to the Wallet and Balance Terms and applicable review and verification requirements.
