Platform Role

Mulanui operates as a platform for providing and managing gaming services and provides an environment for organizing orders, communicating with customers, and monitoring service fulfillment through the Mulanui team.

Orders are fulfilled by authorized members of the Mulanui team according to the service details and the availability of the fulfillment team.

Mulanui does not guarantee acceptance of any order or completion of any service within a specific timeframe unless expressly stated in the service details.

Services We Provide

Mulanui provides manual digital assistance and progression services within video games, which may include, but are not limited to:

Map and area exploration.
Quest and event completion.
Resource farming and collection.
Character and weapon development.
In-game account progression.
In-game progression and achievement services.
Gaming support and assistance services.
Other manual gameplay services described on the Platform.

Supported games may include Gacha games such as Genshin Impact, Wuthering Waves, and other games available on the Platform.

Orders are fulfilled remotely and manually by authorized members of the Mulanui team. Some services may require temporary access to the customer's game account using login information voluntarily provided by the customer for the purpose of fulfilling the purchased service.

Mulanui does not provide gambling or betting services and does not permit the use of cheats, bots, scripts, unauthorized automation tools, hacks, exploits, or other methods intended to improperly manipulate gameplay.

Mulanui provides a manual service performed by members of its fulfillment team. Unless expressly stated otherwise, customers are purchasing a service and are not purchasing in-game currency, game accounts, or virtual items directly from Mulanui.

Mulanui is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or supported by any of the game publishers mentioned on the website. All game names, trademarks, and trade names belong to their respective owners.

Eligibility

To use the website or purchase services, the user must be at least 18 years old, or use the website or purchase services with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The user confirms that they have the legal capacity required to use the Platform and complete purchases.

Game Account Access

Some services may require temporary access to the customer's game account.

By purchasing a service that requires account access and voluntarily providing the required login information, the customer expressly authorizes Mulanui and its authorized team members to access the account solely to the extent reasonably necessary to perform the purchased service.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate account information and for ensuring that they are authorized to provide access to the account.

Mulanui team members must use account information solely for the purpose of fulfilling the relevant order and may not use, disclose, share, or access it for unrelated personal or commercial purposes.

Any actions or changes made to the account must be limited to those reasonably necessary to complete the purchased service.

Access to account credentials is limited to authorized persons who require such access to fulfill the relevant order and is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable security procedures.

Customers may be requested to update or change their login credentials after fulfillment has been completed as an additional account-security measure.

Customers should never provide payment card information, banking credentials, email account passwords, authentication recovery codes, or other financial credentials to members of the Mulanui fulfillment team.

Game Publisher Policies

The customer acknowledges that some games may impose restrictions or conditions regarding account sharing, the use of external assistance services, or allowing another person to access the account.

The customer is responsible for reviewing the applicable game's Terms of Service and publisher policies before purchasing a service.

Depending on the game publisher's policies, the use of third-party assistance or account sharing may result in a warning, restriction, temporary or permanent suspension, or other action against the account.

Mulanui and its team members cannot guarantee that a game publisher will not take action against an account, as such decisions are controlled by the relevant publisher.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mulanui is not responsible for actions independently taken by a game publisher as a result of the publisher's own policies or Terms of Service.

This limitation does not exclude responsibility for losses directly caused by Mulanui's own fraud, willful misconduct, unauthorized use of the customer's account, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Order Acceptance

All orders are processed according to the Platform's systems and may be subject to review before fulfillment begins.

Mulanui may refuse or cancel an order before fulfillment begins in circumstances including, but not limited to:

Suspected fraud or misuse.
Issues verifying the payment.
Unavailability of a suitable member of the fulfillment team.
Incorrect or incomplete information.
Inability to obtain the access reasonably required to fulfill the service.
Violation of these Terms or other Platform policies.
Security, compliance, payment-provider, or operational requirements that prevent the order from being fulfilled.

We may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify an order, payment, account ownership, or fulfillment requirements before or during fulfillment.

If Mulanui cancels an order that has not been fulfilled, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with the Refund Policy and the rules of the relevant payment provider.

Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on the website may change from time to time.

The price shown to the customer at the time the purchase is completed shall apply unless otherwise stated or an obvious pricing error has occurred.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers. The availability of payment methods may vary depending on the customer's location, currency, transaction, payment provider, and other applicable requirements.

Mulanui does not directly store full payment card details where payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider.

Payments may be subject to fraud prevention, verification, compliance, or other checks required by Mulanui or the applicable payment provider.

Service Fulfillment

Service completion times are estimates unless a specific binding timeframe is expressly stated in the service details.

Completion times may vary depending on:

Game updates.
Server conditions or outages.
Customer response time.
Account status or restrictions.
Availability of fulfillment team members.
Changes made by the game publisher.
Technical or operational circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Mulanui or the fulfillment team.

Customers must provide any information, access, or reasonable cooperation necessary to complete the purchased service.

Where customer action is required and the customer does not respond or provide the necessary access, fulfillment may be delayed until the required information or access is provided.

Fulfillment Team Responsibility

Authorized Mulanui team members are responsible for fulfilling services according to their descriptions, order details, and applicable Platform instructions.

Team members must maintain the confidentiality of information obtained while fulfilling an order and use such information only to the extent necessary to provide the requested service.

Mulanui may restrict, suspend, or terminate a team member's access to the Platform or customer orders where the team member violates applicable policies, misuses customer information, engages in unauthorized activity, or creates a security or compliance risk.

Refunds and Cancellations

All refund and cancellation requests are subject to the Refund Policy published on the Platform.

Customers may request cancellation before fulfillment begins.

After fulfillment has started, cancellation or refund requests are reviewed based on the order status, the portion of the service completed, the reason for cancellation, and the Refund Policy.

Where a refund is approved, the amount may first be credited as Refund Balance within the customer's Mulanui account in accordance with the Refund Policy and Wallet and Balance Terms.

Eligible Refund Balance may be used for purchases on Mulanui or, where supported by the original payment provider and applicable rules, returned through the original payment transaction and payment method.

Refund Balance is not a general-purpose money transfer or withdrawal facility and may not be transferred to another user or withdrawn to an unrelated or different payment method except where required or permitted by applicable law or the relevant payment provider.

Cashback, promotional credits, rewards, Refund Balance, and fulfillment team earnings may be subject to different rules as described in the Wallet and Balance Terms.

The Refund Policy and Wallet and Balance Terms form part of the policies governing transactions and balances on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms or the Refund Policy is intended to restrict any mandatory rights available to the customer under applicable law or binding payment-provider rules.

Wallet and Platform Balances

Mulanui may provide internal balance features for purposes including approved refunds, cashback, promotional rewards, and fulfillment team earnings.

Different balance types may have different eligibility, usage, refund, transfer, and withdrawal rules.

Customer cashback and promotional rewards are generally intended for use within Mulanui and are not cash deposits or general-purpose stored-value accounts.

Refund Balance is governed by the Refund Policy and Wallet and Balance Terms.

Fulfillment team earnings are separate from customer balances and may be eligible for payout subject to the applicable Wallet and Balance Terms, verification requirements, disputes, refunds, fraud prevention, and other Platform requirements.

Mulanui's wallet and balance features are not intended to operate as a bank account, deposit account, money-remittance service, or general-purpose payment-transfer facility.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a customer believes that a transaction or service is incorrect, they are encouraged to contact Mulanui support so that the matter can be reviewed.

Customers retain any rights they may have to dispute a payment through their payment provider.

Mulanui may provide order information, fulfillment records, communications, transaction information, and other relevant evidence to payment providers, banks, or payment networks when responding to a payment dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent, abusive, or intentionally misleading disputes may result in restrictions on the customer's Mulanui account, without limiting any rights available under applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, designs, icons, software, and other media, is owned by Mulanui or the applicable rights holders.

Copying, reusing, reproducing, or distributing such content without appropriate permission from the relevant rights holder is prohibited.

All game names, trademarks, artwork, and logos mentioned on the website belong to their respective owners.

Feedback and Communication

We may use feedback, suggestions, reviews, and ratings submitted by customers to improve the Platform and its services.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates applicable law or Platform policies, contains abuse or fraud, infringes the rights of others, or contains materially misleading information.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mulanui shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from:

Delays in order fulfillment caused by circumstances beyond Mulanui's reasonable control.
Actions independently taken by a game publisher against an account.
Misuse of the account or service by the customer.
Failures or interruptions by third parties, including game publishers, hosting providers, telecommunications providers, or payment providers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These limitations do not exclude responsibility for Mulanui's own fraud, willful misconduct, unauthorized use of a customer's account by Mulanui or its authorized team members, or other liability for which exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

Where Mulanui is legally liable for a claim directly related to a specific order, Mulanui's aggregate liability relating to that order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where such a limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Platform.

Information reasonably necessary to fulfill an order may be made available to authorized members of the Mulanui team, with access limited according to their role and the requirements of the relevant order.

Account credentials and other information provided for fulfillment must be handled only for authorized purposes and in accordance with Mulanui's applicable security and privacy procedures.

Third-party providers, including payment, hosting, analytics, communications, security, and other service providers, may process certain information where necessary to operate the Platform, subject to the Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, unless mandatory legal rules provide otherwise.

The competent Egyptian courts shall have jurisdiction over disputes related to the use of the website or services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this section is intended to deprive a consumer of any mandatory protections or jurisdictional rights that apply under applicable law.
